Children in KS1 have been learning about WEAVING. They worked with a partner to create a weave using natural materials on a 'butterfly loom' and then helped to create a giant weave on a much bigger scale. The rain was so heavy that we decided to create our weaves inside. Whilst we were working hard, the rain was busy too...creating lots of puddles for us to splash in!
Our photos show the children creating their nature weaves and splashing in the puddles too!
Forest School Queens were Amanda Holt and Lilly-Mae Blears. Forest School Kings for this session were Joey Barnes and Isaac Brannon.
