KS1 TEAMWORK & PROBLEM-SOLVING - BLINDFOLD CHALLENGE & 'CROSS THE SWAMP'

Children in KS1 have been working in pairs and as part of a team, to solve some tricky problems. First, they had to guide their blindfolded partner around the Forest School field, making sure that their partner was safe at all times. Then, the children worked together to solve the problem of how to get all members of their team across the crocodile swamp using only 2 wooden planks.

Y1W - Forest School King and Queen:

Amanda Law was chosen to be our Forest School Queen, for solving the problem of getting across the swamp without falling in. Our Forest School King was Jayden-Lee Mannion, who showed excellent behaviour and listening skills.

Y1/2J - Forest School King and Queen:

Corey Jackson was chosen to be our Forest School King for his leadership and problem-solving skills when 'Crossing the Swamp'. Our Forest School Queen was Annie Wood, who showed determination and super teamwork skills, as a leader in the 'Swamp' challenge.
