Children in Miss Duckworth's Class have been constructing their own weaving looms. They worked with string, using overhand knots and lashing, to fasten sticks together to make the frame. Then came the very tricky bit... the children passed string around the sticks on two sides of the frame, to complete the loom. They worked hard to try to keep the string tight, which as you can see from the photos, was not an easy thing to do!
