Pupils in Miss Duckworth's Class have been developing Teamwork & Problem Solving skills. They have been learning about the importance of communication and making a clear plan when working as part of a team. First, they worked in small groups, passing a stick with only one member of each group allowed to use hands. Then, they worked in larger teams to 'cross the swamp' and get each team member to safety, using only 2 wooden boards. Finally, they worked with a blindfolded partner, using verbal communication only, to guide their partner over, through and round a range of obstacles.
The Forest School Queen for this session was Joey Jiang and our Forest School King was Charlie Greenwood.
