Pupils in Y6 put their knowledge of structures to the test in our raft building challenge. Each team had to construct a small scale survival raft to carry a 'mini dinosaur' to safety and escape the 'Forest School Flood'. They had to use natural materials from the Forest School and add a 'mast and sail' so that the raft could travel quickly in windy conditions. Our photos show the teams working together on the tiny rafts; testing them out on the water and showing off their completed work.
The Forest School Queen for this session was Lacey Rowley and the Forest School King was Ethan Casey.
