Y5/6 ATHLETICS COMPETITION

Our Year 5/6 Athletics Team took part in the Rossendale Athletics Competition. The group stage took place at Whitworth High School, which we won and progressed to the Final. The Final was at The Valley Leadership Academy and was very competitive! Despite not having 3 members of our original team and being up against tough opposition, our athletes put 100% effort and gave their very best to finish in 3rd place overall. We were delighted to win the School Games Values Award for Passion.

Congratulations to all of you! It was a pleasure to watch you perform well and thoroughly enjoy yourselves.
