UKCA NATIONAL CHEERLEADING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Thorn Thundercats competed at Manchester Velodrome in the UKCA National Cheerleading Championships. This year was our 3rd year of competing and our team of 20 had a fantastic time! We entered into the Level 2 category and were delighted to gain 2nd place and win a superb trophy!
The photos show the team warming up, cheering others from the sidelines and taking part in with various dance challenges, including the Mascot Dance Off.
The pupils were a credit to the school and as you can see from the photos, they thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity.
