Y3/4 ATHLETICS COMPETITION
Our team of 18 athletes travelled to The Valley Leadership Academy to represent Thorn in the Final of the Year 3/4 Athletics Competition. Each member of the team competed in at least one track event and one field event. All of our scores were added together and we finished in 4th place overall. It was a great atmosphere and the children really enjoyed performing in front of a large audience.
Well done to all of you!
Ex-pupil and Year 7 Sports Leader, Megan Jamieson was there to support the team and she chose Y4 pupil, Skyler Kendall to receive a special medal for exceptional School Games Values throughout.
