Year 2
In year 2 we have been exploring our school environment to see what changes we can see in different seasons. We were amazed to see that the frog spawn and tadpoles, we had seen at the beginning of Spring, had now changed in frogs! We were hopping with joy!
In maths we are provided with lots of opportunity to practice maths practically and apply our skills using ICT. We had to create a flag considering fractions of shapes.
In science we tested which material made the best wet-suit. The children had to consider the properties of each material and whether this would be suitable to meet the needs of a wetsuit.
