Year 3
Welcome to Year 3
We are a happy and friendly class who love to learn and our class teacher is Miss Duckworth. We are supported by a collection of helpful Teaching Assistants daily 
Reading books go home every day and are expected to be brought back into school every day. We encourage all children to read regularly at home with a grownup and sign the home reading record. Book bags will be checked and changed weekly.
Spelling journals will be sent home on a Tuesday and Thursday and the home spelling task is expected to be completed and returned back to school the following day.
Children will also bring home homework on a Friday to be returned to school by the following Thursday. Homework will vary but will always be something that they have practised in the classroom.
PE is currently on a Tuesday and Friday and it is expected that a full PE kit is in school.
