Harriot and Kiera have written about last term's adventures in Year 5

Here we are planting our crocus and daffodil bulbs. We are a little muddy!

Year 5 have been learning all about the Earth, Sun and Moon. Test your knowledge with these tricky tests designed by the children!

William and Ashden have written all about this half term in Year 5

We had fun this week planting our potatoes! But all that digging was hard work! We can't wait to watch them grow.

We have been really excited watching the daffodils we planted in Autumn flower now we're in Spring.

Year 5 had a great time this week at Robin Wood. All the children behaved exceptionally and the Robin Wood staff commented on how enthusiastic and well-behaved they were. Parents and staff are very proud! We took part in great activities that we will never forget. Our communication skills have improved greatly as we had to listen and understand lots of important instructions to help ourselves and others. Chloe. H, Mason, Noah, Joshua, Callum and Hayley made great archers. Tee-jay, Thomas, Alex, Demi-Leigh and Aimee were fantastic on the climbing wall. Bethany and Alisha worked well together on our blindfolded obstacle course. Madison braved the raft on her own! Sophia, Jessica and Harriot and Charleigh were super fast in their canoes. Lily, Elleina, Jodie and Ashden showed their bravery on their rafts. William and Rory sang at the top of their voices on the Giant Swing and Kiera, Chloe, W, Tia and Ellie glided gracefully through the air as Charlie screamed in Miss Edward's ear! Ciara.W and Alexander scurried through the caves with ease. Hopefully we've all picked up a new hobby.

Bethany and Jessica have written their thoughts about Robin Wood - the food was obviously a big hit with them!

Look at our fantastic clay tiles inspired by our very own butterflies! The children used fantastic detail and showed a good eye for colour! Well done!
