YEAR 6 READ TO EYFS
Pupils in Year 6 have been learning about 'Transport'. They described different modes of transport and linked them to a range of destinations, using adjectives, connectives and opinion phrases in their very own French books.
Once finished, the Year 6 pupils took their books to our EYFS unit so that they could read to the children. Our photos show the Year 6 pupils taking on the reading challenge with the younger pupils. As you can see, they were excited to be given the opportunity to 'show off' their language skills.
The younger children impressed the Year 6 pupils with their knowledge of French words too!
